Wade is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience helping thousands of individuals, couples, children and families overcome personal and relational challenges.  He is an expert in inspiring others to create positive change in their personal and professional lives.  His engaging personality and equipping style empowers clients to face their fears and overcome their obstacles resulting in a successful outcome and lasting improvements.  Wade is a dual honors graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, and a Masters Degree in Counseling.  He also has Post-Masters education in Business Administration and Finance.  

     As a specialist in Marriage and Family, Wade has successfully worked with couples who are suffering from infidelity, sexual concerns, communication problems, financial fights, and healing after trauma (grief and/or loss), to those who are dating, engaged, considering divorce, separated, not able to get along, or having difficulties parenting.  He is also certified to facilitate personality inventories such as Prepare/Enrich and Myers Briggs.  

     As an Addictions Counselor, Wade has a gift at connecting with clients to win the fight against the abuse or dependence on alcohol, drugs, sex, eating/food, and other substances.  He is skilled at turning the bondage of addiction into freedom in recovery.  

     As an EMDR trained therapist, Wade has helped numerous clients overcome anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, complex trauma, neglect and abuse.

     As a Critical Incident Stress Manager and Crisis Intervention Leader, Wade has an uncanny ability to remain calm in the storm and has responded to national events by providing Psychological First-Aid and on-site services in New York after 9-11,  Virginia during anthrax scare, California after largest female work place shooting, and hurricanes in Florida, Mississippi, and Texas.  

     As a business consultant and executive advisor, Wade integrates his certifications in Lean Six Sigma, 4DX, and TopGrading with his diversified experience in the c-suite of several companies.  He combines his passion with purpose to drive productive results through comprehensive coaching and training.  He has worked with clients in Medical and Behavioral Healthcare, Manufacturing, Customer and Retail Service, Federal and State Government, Marketing, IT and Banking.

Ramona is a compassionate professional, who holds a Masters Degree in Counseling & Education and a Bachelors in Psychology. Ramona specializes in relationship building, parent consulting and life coaching.  She is passionate about helping children, adolescents and young women triumph over difficult situations and psychological conditions.  Through targeted interventions, she strives to equip and inspire others to live the life God intended.


When Ramona is not helping people, she is making them smile.  Ramona is an accomplished photographer with a thriving business in Southern Mississippi.  Her stunning pictures have been featured in many publications worldwide.  After twenty years in the field working with people, her most important roles are: wife & mama. After a difficult struggle with infertility, Ramona and her husband, Wade, have been blessed with four precious children, Liliana, Leila, Amelia and William.  Devoted to her family, Ramona homeschools the children, using a classical Christian model of education. 


Wade and Ramona are faithful members of the First Presbyterian Church of Hattiesburg, where Ramona teaches a weekly Bible Study to the women of the church.  She is actively involved in Adult Education, Youth Group and Children’s Ministry. In her personal time, Ramona serves the Hattiesburg community as chairman of the Board at Lifeline Children's Services, Welfare Chairman of Junior Auxiliary of Hattiesburg and mentor at United Christian Ministries. Previously, she was President of the board at Bethany Christian Services, Chaplain of Tall Pines Garden Club and an active board member of Junior Auxiliary.

Chami is a gifted professional counselor with sixteen years experience serving children and families in Jackson and Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  She holds a Specialist degree in counseling from Mississippi State and a Masters degree in marriage and family therapy from Reformed Theological Seminary.   


Chami is trained in personality testing, EMDR and Prepare & Enrich Premarital Assessment and Counseling.  She specializes in treating depression, grief, relationship issues, divorce, anxiety, health complications and life stressors.


Chami has a God-given ability to build rapport, listen well and help others gain insight and understanding in the various areas of their lives.  Chami has overcome many years of infertility and she is a two-time ovarian cancer survivor, so she has the personal experience necessary to empathize with and care for those who are hurting.


Chami and her husband, Jon, are active members of Woodland Presbyterian Church, where they were youth group leaders for nine years.  They have two precious miracle daughters, whom they adore.

Cari feels called to journey with those who are in the midst of overwhelming situations and offer hope that real change is possible. Whether you are experiencing relational, spiritual, or emotional issues, she is committed to helping clients through utilizing research-proven techniques while remaining dependent on the Lord for true wisdom and transformation. Cari offers her clients a safe place where they can feel truly heard and understood.  Her “first love” is working with couples, but she has experience in addressing a wide variety of individual and family concerns from a holistic perspective.


Cari holds a B.S. in Psychology and Counseling from Mississippi State University and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Counseling. Shortly after completion of her MAMFC, Cari and her family spent five years in East Asia serving with a Christian non-profit organization. While overseas, she was able to develop and lead counseling-based trainings that facilitated healthy interpersonal skills and healing from traumatic experiences.  She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and experienced in cross-cultural counseling.  She holds extra certifications in Prepare/Enrich programs, Trauma Healing through the American Bible Society, EMDR, and more. A Hattiesburg native, she’s grateful to be back in the Pine Belt with her husband and two children.  After 10 years away from Mississippi, she’s re-learning her southern accent, hugging etiquette, and how to fix hair in 100% humidity.

Blair Riley holds a Masters in School Counseling (K-12th grade) from Mississippi State University.  She has worked with youth from all cultural & socioeconomic backgrounds, and she loves connecting with children at their level of understanding.  Knowing that each child has his or her own unique way of learning, growing and expressing themselves, Blair tailors her approach to suit each client.


Blair has worked with children who are being affected by divorce, grieving the loss of a loved one, have a parent going through illness and other life-altering experiences. She loves to use art as expression with her clients and often uses journal therapy with teens. Blair has a desire to help your child feel heard, valued and realize their sense of self-worth.

Blair currently serves on the Children’s Education Committee at her church, she’s an active Children’s Church leader and has also been a Vacation Bible School Director for 10 years. In addition, Blair impacted the children of our community through her six years of service in Junior Auxiliary and she enjoys preparing lunch for the children at United Christian Academy throughout the year.
